Interpipe reiterated that there were no debts for gas

Ukraine's largest pipe company Intrepipe by billionaire Viktor Pinchuk made an advance payment of UAH 60 million for gas for November and as of November 1 has no gas debts, the company's press service reported on Tuesday.

The prepayment was transferred in accordance with the existing contracts between the gas consumers - Interpipe plants, and the supplier - NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. As of October 1, the amount of prepayment was about UAH 45 million, on November 1 - UAH 60 million.

Interpipe plants have no debts for industrial natural gas to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine or its affiliated enterprises. Preexisting debts were repaid as of July 1, 2015.

The press service of Interpipe stressed that the information disseminated in a number of media and social networks about the company's alleged debts for gas is false and does not correspond to reality.

At present, Interpipe and NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine are in the process of settling penalties accrued for already repaid debts, the Pinchuk company noted, adding that they are a strategic partner of the Ukrainian oil and gas industry, are a responsible payer for gas and a reliable supplier of pipes for oil and gas producers. companies of Ukraine.

We remind that Interpipe had to deny reports of multibillion-dollar debts for consumed natural gas on October 26.

It is interesting that in the report published today by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration on the achievements of the mining and metallurgical complex of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the plants of the Ukrainian company Interpipe are not mentioned at all.
