India increases imports of scrap steel

According to statistics, in June this year, India imports 584,000 tons of scrap steel, an increase of 8.8% year on year. For eight months in a row, there has been an annual increase, but there was a 12.3% drop from the previous month.

India imported 125,000 tons from United USA, increasing shipments by 205%, 96,000 tons of scrap steel imported from the United Kingdom.
