Negotiations on the settlement of disagreements between the management of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and representatives of the labor collective began on May 3 at 14-00 and as of 9-00 on May 4 were not completed. We were informed about this in the press service of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, stressing that the position of the representative body of the labor collective indicates a delay in the process and unwillingness to start conciliation procedures.

The head of the department of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service Igor Chub is participating in the negotiations in order to resolve the current situation. Making concessions, the employer submitted proposals for consideration by the NSPP, which were agreed by the head of the intermediary organization. However, the second party ignores the recommendations of the NSPP and refuses to sign the agreement.

According to the press service of the enterprise, PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" signed an agreement on the establishment of a conciliation commission in order to settle the collective labor dispute in accordance with the previously reached agreements with the representative body of the labor collective.

“This testifies to the readiness of the management to discuss key issues for the team. However, at the moment the agreement has not been signed by the representative body of the labor collective. The main point of disagreement is the need to ensure the confidentiality of the business and economic information of the enterprise, as well as personal data. Compliance with the confidentiality regime does not in any way interfere with the discussion of specific issues and the achievement of mutual understanding, ”said ArcelorMittal.
