According to Rosstat, the metallurgical industry of the Russian Federation in January - October 2012 increased the smelting of steel to 59 million 200 thousand tons or 4.4% more than the same period of 2011.
The production of finished metal rolling over ten months of 2012 increased to 52 million tons, which is 5.1% more than last year.
The construction industry of Russia showed great successes by apartments in Moscow , however, the consumption of metal rolling and, in particular, large -diameter pipes decreased somewhat.
Despite the overall increase in the production of steel and metal rolling, in Russia the production of pipes has decreased by 6.4% and amounted to 8 million tons from the beginning of the year. According to the results of October 2012, the production of pipes lost 4% compared to the month of September this year.
