According to Turkish Iron and Steel Productions Association, the volumes of steel smelting on Turkish missile defense systems for 11 months of 2012 increased by 7.1% with respect to the same period last year reached 28 million 300 thousand tons.
In October, Turkish manufacturers of steel and metal distribution managed to increase the volume of export revenue compared to September a month by 9.5%, and regarding October 2011, exports increased by 3.3% to 962 million dollars.
Sustainable growth in the production of metal rolling in Turkey has been observed since August 2012.
