The removal of the arrest from the property of the Italian ILVA missile plant is excluded - the court of Taranto

As we have already reported, metallurgical production in Taranto, Italy was suspended by the decision of the local court after an environmental investigation, which proved a direct relationship between tumor diseases and an increase in respiratory diseases with unpeeled emissions of this enterprise. As a measure to ensure the claims, the Taranto prosecutor’s office was seized on all products produced by the ILVA Communist Party since 2010. The owner of the plant threatened the complete stop of production and the dismissal of 20 thousand workers of the plant.

As a result of the protests of the trade unions and spontaneous rallies of the operating room, the Italian government issued a decree that provides for the execution of decisions on the suspension of production at the ILVA factory and the time is allocated to bring the traffic water supply treatment plant in line with the requirements of Italian laws. Italian Prime Minister Mario Monty said that the ILVA decree adopted by his government will protect the health of the population of Taranto and retain 20 thousand jobs.

At the same time, the judge of the City Court of Taranto, Patricia, Todisco, excluded the possibility of taking off the arrest on the finished products of the ILVA metallurgical plant. The owners of the enterprise have now threatened the stop of not only the plant in Taranto, but also related production in Genoa and Novali ligur on which more than 1,200 people are involved. The Italian government is going to issue a new decree.
