According to the press center of the company Evraz, it was decided to divide the mining division into two separate divisions - "ore" and "coal". This measure will allow you to optimally distinguish between functions and increase the efficiency of management of the key product groups of the company, the Evraza says.

New divisions will have new bosses. So the head of the Ruda division was appointed a hereditary director and former vice president of Euraz for large projects of Marat Atnashev. Sergey Stepanov, who was lured from Nordgold - Severstal, was appointed to manage the "coal" division. In the old position, Sergei Stepanov was responsible for the operational activities of gold mining enterprises in Russia, Kazakhstan, Gvine and Burkina-Faso.
