Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant OJSC for the period from January to November 2012 raised a bar of metal products in the domestic market by almost 16%. Since the beginning of the current year, the Magnitogorsk Impress Commerce shipped to Russian consumers about seven million tons of metal rolling, which is 15.7% higher than last year for the same period.
For eleven months of 2012, MMK sold more than 70% of the metal rolling on the domestic market of the Russian Federation, realizing the company's strategy for focusing on the domestic metal consumer.
The total sales growth, both to the domestic market and export increased by 3.4% compared to the same period last year and reached 10 million 150 thousand tons of metal products.
