In the segment of seamless pipes, the situation remains stable. The number of orders received by manufacturers has decreased, but so far not so as to reduce prices.

In the large -diameter pipes market, low demand remains. At the same time, manufacturers are trying to keep their previous prices.

Predicting the development of the situation in January, it is clear that special changes can not be expected by pipes of round cross section, since this is a period of low activity, and fundamentally, neither demand, no offer, nor price will change.

In the flat rental market, after the tangible November fall, there was hope for stabilization. Small growth of export quotes was enough to establish the parity of external and domestic prices. As a result, the main manufacturers of the sheet and roll in December went only to minor local concessions, in general, retaining the November price level. Given the January increase in tariffs of natural monopolies and the desire of the plants to raise profitability, it is logical to expect ads to raising prices for January. The probability of success of such attempts to grow is small, but they will undoubtedly provide a certain beneficial influence on the leaf market in the leaf market in a protracted depression.

The reinforcement market, on the contrary, is not replete with rainbow prospects. Apparently, the December prices will be adjusted again by at least 3-4%. The level of consumption is also not pleased: end consumers are in no hurry with purchases or payment. Buyer market ...

With varietal rental, the situation is somewhat better. In this segment there is no such clear excess sentence, and seasonality is not so pronounced. However, there are no thoughts about the possibility of close growth yet.

The situation with a profile pipe copies the dynamics of flat rental with a delay for a month and a half. With a good level of sales, all participants in this market are forced to make concessions. Local plants, having received a cheap roll in November, began the competition under the motto “who will give a discount faster”, desperately trying to load production. Such tactics, as a rule, does not bring success. Traiders, against the background of a decrease and on the eve of the holidays, are not very in a hurry to replenish their warehouses.
