Ukrainian metallurgists have the potential to reduce the cost of metal rolling

At the current press conference of the Delphica project, which is held under the auspices of the Ukrpromvnesespertiza State Enterprise, its participants expressed a unanimous opinion that the cost of manufacturing one ton of steel on Ukrainian mains may well be reduced by at least 40 US dollars.

Optimization of energy costs, which became possible thanks to the introduction of dust -contingent technology in combination with the expected drop in prices for iron ore raw materials, can give the desired effect. Next year, Ukrainian metal distribution manufacturers will be in more favorable, from the point of view of cost, conditions in the competitive markets of North Africa and the Middle East than, for example, Turkish. But the largest margin of strength and potential for reducing costs today in Chinese metallurgists, experts emphasize.
