The World Association became the World Steel Association published the next rating of manufacturers of steel in November 2012. Ukraine closes the list of ten largest world manufacturers, processing 2 million 700 thousand tons of steel.
Immediately after Ukraine, from 2 million 200 thousand tons of production, Italia is going on, in which production at the largest metallurgical plant Ilva has been suspended.
In the first place, the monster of the steel industry of our planet is the Chinese People's Democratic Republic, whose metallurgists, despite the decline in production, melted 57 million 500 thousand tons of metal.
The total amount of steel, melted by metallurgists of countries included in the World Steel Association, amounted to 121 million 681 thousand tons in November 2012, increasing 5.1%compared to November 2011.
