The signed agreement determines the market mechanisms for the formation of prices for the ZHR, which are based on the indicators of the steel and raw material markets used in world practice. Additional volumes of supplies of the HRS will be obtained from the Lebedinsky and Mikhailovsky Mining and Processing Plants.
