Metinvest decided to preserve the agglopric in the center of Mariupol

Today, a meeting of the working group was held to solve environmental problems at the city council of Mariupol with the management of Metinvest. In the interests of residents of the city, the Meitinvest group made several decisions approved by the main shareholders: 1 . To comply with the Azovstali infabrication and transfer the production of agglomerate to the MMK infabrication named after Ilyich. 2 . To reconstruct the reconstruction of the infabrication MMK named after Ilyich to achieve the highest environmental standards. 3 . In the event that emergency technological circumstances require the renewal of the Azovstali infabrication, to make such a decision only after consultations with the public of Mariupol. Such a decision will cost Metinvest about five million dollars monthly losses, which at the end of the year will be almost sixty million. About $ 330 million was allocated for the modernization of the Ilyich Bood plant. According to the estimated calculations of specialists, the reconstruction of the Ilyich MMK infantry will take from six to eight years. “The decisions on the conservation of the Azovstal infabrics and the beginning of the reconstruction of the Ilyich MMK infabrication were adopted primarily based on the interests of the inhabitants of Mariupol. They were agreed with shareholders and supported by them, as the most optimal from the point of view of the interests of society.
