Tas Dnepvagonmash LLC (TAS DVM, Dnipropetrovsk Region, which is controlled by the TAS financial and industrial group, Sergei Tigipko, extends for another five years the terms of circulation and repayment of corporate bonds of the B series, released in July 2020 for a period of five years. According to the prospectus of bonds, the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market (NKTSBFR) agreed on changes to the decision to issue bonds on June 20 of the current year.
The bonds turn ends on July 28, 2030, from July 29 to August 15, 2030. Similar changes to the decision to issue Tas Dnepovagonmash bonds of the series “A”
NKCBFR on July 20, 2020 registered the release of five -year corporate bonds of Tas Diprovagonmash in the nominal value of 1 thousand UAH.
