As of December 31, 2012, the importers of the metal distribution to Ukraine chose an annual quota for the supply of steel ceremonial and pumping and combustion pipes by 84.52%, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reports.
The Russian Federation almost fully spent its quota - 99.91%, putting 12 million 495 thousand 45 tons of pipe and China in Ukraine - 95.68% - 48 thousand tons of steel pipes.
Countries such as India and Slovakia provided by him by the quotas until December 31, 2012 did not use, leaving themselves the opportunity to put 180 and 76 thousand tons of pipe on the Ukrainian market, respectively.
For the period from October 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, 14 million 869 thousand tons of imported steel pipes were delivered to Ukraine.
