The “Factory of Ideas” is a project uniting almost all employees of the company. Every year they offer more than 60,000 ideas, and participate in the program-84% of workers.
At the ceremony of the 13th anniversary of the program, the best employees honored. Their proposals help to improve the quality of products, labor safety and reduce costs.
One of the leaders of the program is steel production. In 2024, the teams of 12 workshops submitted about 6.5 thousand proposals.
