After receiving a license and in connection with the sale on June 27, 2025, the company and some other members of the Evraz group concluded final agreements with Atlas for the sale of 100% shares in share capital (I) Evraz Inc. Na Canada and (II) Evraz Inc. NA, which are holding companies for the company's business in North America.
The remuneration for sale includes (I) an advance payment of 50,000,000 when closing the transaction for the deduction of certain expenses for the transaction and (II) conditional deleted remuneration of up to 450,000,000. The conditional delayed remuneration is paid subject to certain indicators of the North American unit after the closing of the transaction. It is expected that the transaction will be closed in the second half of 2025
