Islam is the head of the repairs department of the Karelian Pelpace. He has been working in the company for 11 years, and at the very beginning of his career path he worked as an assistant to the excavator driver.
Islam regards the project to increase the efficiency of the processes of the mining and transport complex. Its key tasks:
Search and expanding of narrow places in the repair of the GTK techniques;
development of measures to increase the efficiency of repairs;
maintaining the required amount of serviceable equipment on the line to fulfill volumetric indicators of ore control.
