according to the company, the first uranium will be obtained in 2028. The deposit is located near the city of Krasnokamensk, on the border with China and Mongolia. It is called the “uranium capital of Russia.”
Uranus reserves are estimated at 8,000 tons, and molybdenum at 40,000 tons. With the commissioning of the Shirondukui, as well as two nearby deposits - Argun and the pole - uranium mining can be increased by 2 thousand tons per year.
