The State Statistics Service of Ukraine informed that in December 2012, compared with November 2012, the production of steel pipes to 112 thousand tons decreased by 30.4%.
The annual production of pipes in Ukraine decreased by 8.2% compared to 2011 and amounted to 2 million 184 thousand tons.
The largest manufacturers of pipes in the country are the Khartsyz Pipe Plant, Interpipe of the Nizhnedneprovsky Pipel Plant, the Mariupol Mamocomobile Plant named after Ilyich, Interpipe Niko-Tyub, Novomoskovsky Pipe Plant, Luhansk Pipe Plant and Kominmet.
