The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine recommended that the National Commission of Electric power regulation (NKRE) establish 111 enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex (GMK) and chemical industry retail tariffs at the level of November 2009, which means their increase from April 7.9-8.3%, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
This is enshrined in government decree No. 289 of March 24, 2010, the text of which is placed on the Cabinet's website last Friday.
Earlier, the government several times extended tariffs for these enterprises at the level of October 2008, although for the rest of the NKRE enterprises, it continued to increase tariffs a little, bringing them from March 2010 to 48.5 and 64.28 kopecks. For 1 kWh (without VAT) depending on the voltage class.
New electricity tariffs for chemists and metallurgists will be 45.72 or 60.68 kopecks. For 1 kWh (without VAT) depending on the voltage class.
