The Brazilian Development Bank may provide CSN loan to buy the American plant Thyssenkrupp AG

As we have already reported, CSN offered the owners of Thyssenkrupp AG for a factory in Alabam and 73% of the shares of the Brazilian CIA Siderurgica 3 billion 800 million dollars, while Arselormittal was going to purchase only an American asset and for only one and a half billion dollars.

After the application for the sale of assets in America, the Thyssenkrupp AG shares increased by almost 2%.
