Exactly 81 years ago, on February 1, 1932, Magnitogorsk smelted the first tons of cast iron. Since then, this date is considered the birth date of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant. During the work, the plant smelted 740 million tons of steel and manufactured more than 600 million tons of metal rolling.
Today, MMK is equipped with the latest industry science and technology with a metallurgical enterprise. The plant has sufficient capacities for the production of high quality metal products, confirmed by international and Russian standards and certificates that can satisfy the most demanding client.
