The shareholders of Interpip Novomoskovsky Pipe Plant (Interpipe of the NMTZ, Dnepropetrovsk Region) updated the composition of the audit commission, re -electing three more years of its two members, as well as replacing the legal entity of Interpipe limited (Cyprus), owning 87.6415% of the company's shares, to an individual.
According to the official information of the company in the disclosure system of the National Commission of Ukraine on Securities and the Stock Market, personnel issues were considered at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 31, 2013 to bring the company's activities in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Joint -Stock Companies. At this meeting, it was decided to terminate the powers of the current revision commission.
The shareholders re -elected two members of the revision commission - a leading specialist in the preparation of financial reporting of the enterprise Svetlana Poddubnaya and an engineer of the 1st category of the GO Bureau and the regime Victoria Spilnichenko.
At the same time, the meeting brought from the commission Interpipe limited as a legal entity, choosing instead of it an individual - head of the securities bureau and joint property of the legal department of the enterprise Natalia Shevtsova.
