An increasing number of largest metallurgical companies are ready to pay a round sum for the Tyssenkrupp AG plants in the USA and Brazil. At the same time, in order to avoid excessive financial burden, they are combined into conglomerates. Reuters correspondents became aware of this.

The Japanese JFE Steel and the American US Steel are going to make a joint proposal to buy German fleets until February 28, 2013, informed sources said. Arselormital and the Japanese Nippon Steel also decided to unite in order to achieve the cherished goal and at the same time the largest state bank of BNDES is ready to finance the acquisition of the Tyssenkrupp assets by the sovereign metal company CIA Siderórgica Nacional (CSN) in the form of a loan or creating a joint venture.

As you know, representatives of the largest German steel company Tyssenkrupp in May 2012 announced multibillion -dollar losses associated with the production activities of metallurgical plants in Alabama (USA) and Brazil. As a result, the intention was announced to sell in good hands these two skills. According to the representative of Tyssenkrupp "The trading process is in accordance with the planned plan. We are sure that the solution to the problem will be found before the end of the current financial year (until September 2013 - Ed.)".
