Yesterday, on February 12, at a specially organized meeting of members of the Cabinet of Ministers of 13, the European Union, representatives of trade unions and directors of metallurgical companies, Mr. Antonio Taiani, authorized by the EU industry, called for the largest steel company Arselormital to postpone the closure of factories in the eurozone until June 2013.
According to Antonio Taiani in the first half of 2013, the European commission will prepare a plan of action aimed at restoring the metallurgical industry in the European Union. His performance was supported by the Minister of Industry of France Arno Monteburg and his colleagues from Belgium and Luxembourg.
As we have already reported, the Arselormital company intends to finally turn the production of metal rolling in some European factories: Florante in France, liege in Belgium and Shiflazh in Luxembourg.
Representatives of Arselormital, before consultations with Lakshmi Mittal, refuse to comment on the performance of the European Commissioner Antonio Taiani.
