PROO Donetskstal-Metallurgical Plant, created on the basis of the domain and Martinovsky workshops of the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant, announced through the system of disclosure of the National Commission of Ukraine on Securities and the Stock Market about the intention to place 5 year old eurobonds 1 in the amount of 500 Million dollars.
According to the report, the final approval of the decision on the issuance of bonds will be made at the general meeting of shareholders of the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant on February 26, 2013.
According to the Supervisory Board of the PRO of Donetskstal, a metallurgical plant, ”the profitability of the euro-blocking placed will not exceed 12% per annum.
