The General Director of the Ilyich MMK took 12th place in the ranking of Ukrainian top managers

Making a rapid career in Metinvest, Mariupolets Yuri Zinchenko turned out to be one of the most successful top managers of Ukraine according to the Guard of Ukraine. This was reported by the corporate publication of the Ilyich Ilyich Ilyich Ilyichevets.

The General Director of the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich, 39 -year -old Yuri Zinchenko, took 12th place in the annual rating of the top managers of Ukraine held by the Galician contracts and the published in the journal of the Gvardody.

The compilation of the rating is based on a systematic integrated approach, which takes into account all the components of the reputation of the top manager, namely: the economic efficiency of company management, competitiveness, relations of the company with partners, the level of social corporate responsibility and business reputation of the head himself. The rating participants are evaluated by competitors and experts.

In 2012, 394 candidates, leaders of the highest level of advanced companies and corporations in Ukraine submitted applications for inclusion in the rating list. Based on the results of the surveys, 300 best top managers were selected. According to experts, the leaders of those companies that contrary to difficult economic conditions were won by the leadership positions to properly prioritize, increase production efficiency, took up hard control of expenses and were not afraid to introduce innovations.

The maximum rating received by the winner was 98 points out of 100 possible. The General Director of the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich Yuri Zinchenko scored 84.99 points and took 12th place in the ranking.
