PJSC Kharkov Machine-Building Plant Sveta, which is the oldest enterprise of coal conveyor-building, became part of the Holding Company of the Mountain Machines. This information appeared in the press service of the company.
At the end of 2012, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Umbh (Cyprus), which is part of the controlled group of SKM (Donetsk, Kyiv), businessman Rinat Akhmetov, to increase the share in the authorized capital of the Sveta light plant.
Currently, the UMBH stake is 60% of the authorized capital of PJSC Kharkov Machine -Building Plant Sveta Shakhtar, and first was 20%. Gennady Vysotsky, who has been the chairman of the board of the Sveter enterprise for many years, has 28% of the shares. Cinder Enterprises limited and Green Trails Properties limited left the shareholders.
The Kharkov Plant "Shakhtar light" will concentrate its production on the production of scraper sinking conveyors and chips, which will allow the "Mountain Machines" to produce bay complexes. This will increase the competitiveness of the equipment produced. Now customers will be provided with service and warranty service at the Group of Mountains.
