In January 2013, industrial production in Ukraine decreased by another 11.1% compared to the last month and 3.2% in relation to January 2012. This was reported by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
As you know, the negative values of the growth of industrial production in Ukraine have become an unkind tradition, starting in December 2011, when for the first time after the 2008-2009 crisis, industrial production has slowed down by 0.5%.
As we have already reported, in December last year, industrial production in Ukraine decreased by 3.9% compared to the previous month, and in the annual calculation fell by 7.6%
In general, in 2012, the industrial production of Ukraine decreased by 1.8%, against growth in 2011 by 7.3%and in 2010 by 11.2%.
