Arselormital Berislav in 2012 received a loss of 55 million hryvnias

The Kherson branch of the metallurgical giant Arselormital Berislav last year worked at a loss, which according to preliminary data amounted to more than 55 million UAH. This was reported by the press service of the company.

The loss of the enterprise Arselormital Berislav amounted to 55 million 67 thousand UAH, the current obligations increased to 16 million 67 thousand UAH, and the total receivables amounted to 59 thousand UAH at the end of 2012.

As you know, two years ago, Arselormittal bought a Berislavsky factory of building materials to ensure its metallurgical production in Krivoy Rog with limestone and its derivatives.

The enterprise, which has become part of the Mittal Lakshmi empire, is now developing the Arkhangelsk section of the Staroselsky gender of limestone located 60 km from Krivoy Rog. Its reserves are estimated at almost 11 million tons, while the Berislavsky plant is able to extract about 700 thousand tons of flux limestone from it annually, which is used in domain and steel production.
