India's state-owned manganese mining company has increased prices for various grades of ore for all shipments from February 1, according to a company statement on Monday, February 2.
The company said the price of manganese ore containing more than 44 percent Mn has been increased by five percent, while the price of ore containing less than 44 percent Mn has also been increased by five percent, excluding the price of grade BG4584, which remained unchanged.
The price of silicomanganese ore (SMGR) with a Mn content of 30 percent and penalties was increased by five percent, but the prices of SMGR grades with a Mn content of less than 25 percent and 20 percent were kept unchanged.
The price of chemical manganese ore was also increased by five percent.
