The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of its administrative review of anti-dumping duties (AD) on certain long carbon steel sheets (CTL sheets) from South Korea for the period February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
The Department of Commerce has determined that Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. goods at below normal value during the reporting period, with a weighted average dumping margin of 1.18 percent and 0.94 percent, respectively.
The preliminary margin was also 1.18 percent for Dongkuk Steel Mill and 0.94 percent for Hyundai Steel, as no interested party provided comments on the preliminary decision.
