The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released preliminary results of its administrative review of anti-dumping duty (AD) orders on welded pipeline pipe from the Republic of Korea for the period December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.
The Department of Commerce reviewed two mandatory defendants: Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (Hyundai Pipe) and SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH). DOC has tentatively determined that Hyundai Pipe sold the subject items at below normal price during the review period, but SeAH has not.
DOC has tentatively determined a weighted average dumping margin of 1.86 percent for Hyundai Pipe and 0.00 percent for SeAH.
Since the rate calculated for SeAH is zero, the review-specific rate for the five companies is not the share selected for individual review is 1.86 percent, based on the rate calculated for Hyundai Pipe.
DOC is also waiving review of 26 companies because there were no reviewable, suspended records for the products in question from those companies during the review period.
The rate for all others is 4.38 percent.
