Vietnam initiates sunset review of I-beam imports from China

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) announced that it has begun a review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) on I-beams from China.

The review, initiated at the request of local manufacturer Posco Yamato Vina Steel Joint Stock Company, aims to assess the impact of the AD duty to determine whether a waiver or continuation will be required. The current anti-dumping rate for the products in question from China is 13.38 percent.

Currently, the products in question fall under customs tariff statistics item numbers 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10 and 7228.70.90.
