The US Department of Commerce will maintain antidumping and countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods from India, South Korea, Turkey, Vietnam and Ukraine. The decision follows a sunset review in which US agencies found that ending the orders could lead to renewed dumping and subsidisation and harm the US industry.
According to the department, antidumping margins range from 2.05% to 9.91% for India, 9.89% to 15.75% for South Korea, 0% to 35.8% for Turkey and 25.18% to 111.47% for Vietnam. Countervailing duty rates are 13.87% to 27.77% for India and 2.87% for Turkey.
The review was conducted by the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. The orders cover oil country tubular goods classified under a range of US Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes.
