The Turkish Institute of Statistics (TUIK) announced the reduction of reinforcement exports from the country by 6.41 percent in September compared to APPG-2012 and 0.26 percent compared to the previous month up to 626 thousand tons.
Revenues from the export of Turkish reinforcement were reduced in an annual comparison by 11.34 percent, and compared with the previous month by 0.92 percent and amounted to 363 million 890 thousand US dollars in September 2013.
For nine months since the beginning of this year, the export of reinforcement from Turkey amounted to 5 million 950 thousand tons, which is 5.06 percent less than in APPG. During this time, income from the export of Turkish reinforcement decreased in an annual comparison by 12.37 percent to 3 billion 490 million US dollars.
