As a result of a repeated investigation against stainless steel pipes up to 426 mm inclusive, imported to the territory of the Customs Union, the collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) decided the cancellation of some positions.
The decision of November 26, 2013, in particular, stipulates that stainless pipe with the following characteristics can be excluded from the quotation lists, in particular:
- the exclusion from the quotation of two commodity positions of the Code of the TN FEA TS “7304 49 930 1” and “7304 49950 1”;
- inclusion of the Republic of Malaysia in the list of countries whose products are subject to quotas;
- the allocation of a personal quota in the amount of 1641 tons for Chinese Taibay by reducing the quota of the PRC;
- exclusion from the quotation of pipes with the following characteristics:
1. Pipes made from the brand of steel 1.4404 on EN10088-1 (AISI316L in ASTM), an outer diameter of up to 15 mm inclusive.
2. Pipes made from the brand of steel 1.4436po EN 10088-1 (AISI 316 in ASTM), an external diameter of up to 15 mm inclusive.
3. Pipes made from the brand of steel 1.4571 according to EN 10088-1 (AISI316TI according to ASTM), an external diameter of up to 15 mm inclusive.
4. Pipes made from the steel brand 1.4301 EN 10088-1 (AISI304 in ASTM), an external diameter of up to 15 mm inclusive and an internal diameter of up to 3 mm inclusive, certified for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems up to 4500 atm inclusive.
5. Pipes made from the steel brand 1.4306 according to EN 10088-1 (AISI304L according to ASTM), up to 15 mm with an external diameter of up to 3 mm inclusive, certified for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems up to 4500 atm inclusive.
6. Pipes made from the brand of steel 1.4541 according to EN 10088-1 (AISI321 according to ASTM), an external diameter of up to 15 mm inclusive, up to 350 mm in inclusive.
