According to the operational data of the Association of Metallurgprom enterprises, in January - November 2013, Ukrainian metallurgical plants melted 30 million 20 thousand tons of steel, which is 0.6 percent higher than in the APPG -2012. In November of this year, compared with the previous month, the production of steel decreased by 2.5 percent, and compared with the APG - by 4.9 percent to 2 million 554 thousand tons. At the same time, the production indicators of November have become the worst over the past year.
Also, in the eleven months of 2013, the metallurgists of Ukraine cast 26 million 637 thousand tons of cast iron and skated 26 million 625 thousand tons of total metal rolling, which is 1.8 percent, respectively, 0.1 percent below the level of APPG-2012.
Daily production steel in Ukraine in November increased to 85 thousand 100 tons against 84 thousand 500 tons in October 2013.
