Nikolai Azarov admitted that his government is in a difficult financial situation

The deterioration of the state of the European and world economics as well as a sharp reduction in the export of goods to the Russian Federation, of course, negatively affected the economic situation of Ukraine. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov at today's meeting of the government.

"The government does not hide that the problems in the economy were reflected in the filling of state and local budgets, as well as on the budgets of social funds," he stressed.

If in December last year the government planned the growth of the Ukrainian economy by 6 percent, then, according to the results of the eleven months of 2013, an increase in the state budget revenues amounted to less than 1 percent. As a result of this, in January - November of this year, the government collected 309 billion UAH taxes.

“This is 3 billion hryvnias more than in the same period last year, but 34 billion less than a budget painting,” Azarov said.

The state budget did not receive about 3 billion UAH. In terms of income tax and 13 billion UAH. taxes with foreign economic activity.

“All these are the facts of that destructive pressure of foreign markets, which forced us to pragmatic to correct politics and take measures to resolve relations with our main partners in the West and the East,” the head of the Ukrainian government emphasized.
