Ukraine for 11 months of 2013 reduced the production of steel pipes by 22 percent

In January - November 2013, Ukrainian pipe companies reduced the production of steel pipes from ferrous metals compared with the 2012 APPG by 21.6 percent to 1 million 501 thousand 200 tons. This was reported by "Interfax - Ukraine" with reference to the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In November of this year, the production of steel pipes amounted to 95.9 thousand tons, declining by 15.6 percent compared to the previous month.

In 2013, the Khartsyz Pipe Plant (KhTZ), part of the Metinvest group, sharply reduced the production of pipes: from 378 thousand tons in January - November 2012 to 229.1 thousand tons in January - November 2013.

The release of pipes on Interpipe - NTZ (from 394.7 thousand tons to 323.3 thousand tons), "Interpipes Niko TUB" (from 409.9 thousand tons to 351.6 thousand tons) and "Interpipe NMTZ" (from 236.7 thousand tons to 218.9 thousand tons). Now to buy metal water pipes Ukrainian production will become somewhat more difficult.

At the same time, I increased the issue of the pipes Mariupolinoinated named after Ilyich (Metinvest): from 47.6 thousand tons to 56.7 thousand tons.

Since August 1 of this year, the Lugansk Pipe Plant (LTZ) resumed work, renamed the Lugansk Pipel Plant (LTPZ): in four months it produced 15.3 thousand tons of pipes, while LTZ for January - November 2012 produced 124.4 thousand tons.

The growth of production was noted in the Kominmet company (from 182.3 thousand tons to 207.3 thousand tons of pipes), "Ventravis" (from 15.8 thousand tons to 18.4 thousand tons of stainless pipes) and in LLC "AG Steel" (previously joint venture "SECOND LTD", Mariupol, from 39.1 thousand tons to 39.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4.4ARE thousand tons).

In addition, since the beginning of December 2013, after seven -month downtime, the Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant (DTZ) resumed work. In general, in eleven months, the company produced 29.7 thousand tons of pipes, while for the same period last year - 72.8 thousand tons.

Recall that according to the results in 2012, Ukrainian pipe companies reduced production by 9 percent - to 2 million 14 thousand tons.
