At a meeting on Saturday, March 1, the faction of the Party of Regions in the Verkhovna Rada will decide on a new candidate for President of Ukraine. The MP from the faction of the Party of Regions Anna German told the journalists about it.
The new President, according to the deputy, must prevent further breakup and separation of western and eastern Ukraine.
"To lead the country in this difficult time is a very terrible and thankless task," Anna German emphasized.
At the same time, she noted that she is ready to support any worthy person, regardless of party affiliation.
