Taiwan steel company China Steel Corp (CSC) said it expects steel product sales to grow 2.5 percent in the second quarter of this year to 3 million 60 thousand tonnes from the previous quarter.
Sales of the company in the first quarter were 2 million 910 thousand tons, which is slightly below the planned 2 million 990 thousand tons, according to a statement by the vice president of commerce of China Steel Corp.
The Taiwanese company's hopes for sales growth are linked to the seasonal increase in demand.
