In the Perm Territory, the implementation of a plan for the construction of a sheet-rolling complex has begun

At the end of June 2014, the construction of a cold-rolling shop was started, which will become the first of the objects of the sheet-rolling complex of the Lysva Metallurgical Plant.

This project is the most significant investment project of the Perm Territory and will make it possible to increase the socio-economic indicators of the entire region as a whole, increase the receipt of contributions to the regional budget and create modern jobs.

The leaders of the region promise the plant full support for the implementation of the construction.
The implementation of the project will help to more than triple production capacity, increase the range of products with different types of coatings and provide cold-rolled products for production. The construction cost is roughly estimated at 22 billion rubles, and the planned capacity should be 750 thousand tons of rolled products per year.

The construction process is planned to be carried out in 2 stages. At the initial stage, a line for applying polymer coatings using Printech technology will be installed in the operating shop. Until now, such products have not been produced in Russia. Due to the high fire hazard, the production will install fire doors with fire resistance not lower than EI 60. rental and until the end of 2020. - rolling shop No. 2. A gas cleaning system with an efficiency of about 90 percent will also be used.

When this project is launched, production efficiency will increase, the company will be able to continue improving its position in the galvanized steel market and will be able to increase the use of financial resources for the subsequent construction of LPK queues.
