China's Xichuan Group plans to double aluminum production capacity by 2015

Chinese aluminum manufacturer Henan Xichuan Aluminum Group Co Ltd has announced plans to increase the output of aluminum foil and some other products as early as next year.

As reported in http://www.dvt.ru/, based in Henan province, Xichuan Group is a leading manufacturer of aluminum sheets and coils in China ... The company mainly produces electrolytic aluminum, aluminum cast products, aluminum plates and cold rolled strips, PS sheets, wide aluminum foil and carbon products.

According to production data released by the company, the company's aluminum foil production output in 2013 was a total of 8,000 tons per year. Nearly 30 percent of the production was consumed domestically, while the remaining 70 percent was exported to overseas markets, including the United States, South America, Russia, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

The company plans to double its production capacity to 20,000 tons per year from its existing 10,000 tons per year. In addition, the company intends to increase its production capacity to 50,000 tons per year by 2020. The announcement was made by the Regional Sales Manager of Xichuan Group during a speech at the 2014 China Aluminum Conference held at the new Shanghai International Exhibition Center from July 9th to 11th, 2014.

Henan Xichuan Aluminum Group Co Ltd also plans to double production output in monetary terms at the end of 2015 compared to last year.
