At the Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant (NMTZ), the first project for introducing standards of a completely new production culture has been completed. From this moment, the plant workers can use a completely updated household building, dine in modern clean canteens, wear new overalls, which regularly lends itself to cleaning in its own dry cleaning. All this is done taking into account anxiety about their workers.
The project was covered by personnel of the main workshop of the production of the plant, which is 40% of the production personnel of the plant.
During the project, household premises were repaired, all communications were replaced, new equipment was installed, as well as a conference room, a premises for shift-speed assemblies, a warm underpass from the workshop to ABK was equipped, modern dining rooms were created.
According to Yuri Antipov, the chairman of the board of the enterprise, the working conditions of workers at Interpipe NMTZ are not inferior to the world leaders of metallurgy. Introducing high standards of production culture, the plant seeks to change the attitude of people to work. A worker who has created good conditions of everyday life, workplace, will not be able to make low -quality products.
The staff of the workshop works in the new overalls, which was sewn individually for each employee. The kit includes a T -shirt, jacket, overalls, thermal underwear (for the cold season), shoes. At the disposal of the worker - three sets of workwear. Clean their clothes regularly. Every five days, workwear is cleaned by the plant in its own dry cleaning.
Workers are powered in the new factory canteens, which are in the management of the largest power operator in the CIS. A comprehensive lunch of an employee of seven dishes consists. The possibility of special dietary nutrition is provided. There is such a lunch for a worker only 6.5 UAH.
HR Director of NMTZ, Valentin Vishnya, claims that one of the strategic tasks of the plant is to attract young qualified specialists to enterprises. He is sure that the creation of good working conditions, the creation of standards of a new production culture will make it possible to change the inveterate stereotypes about working in metallurgy, make the profession of metallurgists in demand, relevant for modern youth.
