Bubley became president of UAVtorMet

According to the Ukrainian Association of Secondary Metals, the place of the head of this organization will be taken by Vladimir Bubley, who is the director of Keramet. This association is the largest in the scrap collection industry in Ukraine. Previously, this honorary post was held by Vasily Gureev, who was appointed to him in May 2012. Former People's Deputy and Minister of Industrial Policy Gureyev was dismissed from his post for reasons that are not advertised by the board members of UAVtorMet.

It is known that the newly elected President of the Association of Secondary Metals was previously engaged in the procurement and processing of scrap on the territory of Ukraine. Also, he collaborated with Poland and Hungary.
In connection with the appointment of V. Bubley to the post of head of UAvtorMet, a reasonable question arises: "How will this appointment affect the ferrous metals market of Ukraine."

According to the new order of the President of Ukraine P. Poroshenko, the 5% import duty tax on ferrous metal scrap was canceled. This measure was taken to meet the needs of the military-industrial complex and restore infrastructure facilities. Do these two events have a connection?
