Innovative solutions for Ukrainian railways will be discussed in Dnipro

On May 12, key participants in the Ukrainian railway industry will gather in Dnipro - representatives of the national railway operator, car-building and car-repair enterprises, scientific organizations and expert centers. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the state of the railway industry, the need to update the car fleet, programs to modernize infrastructure and rolling stock, innovative products for them, the development of high-speed and high-speed traffic in Ukraine.

The meeting will take place within the framework of the visiting section of the conference "Problems and Prospects for the Development of Railway Transport". The organizers of the event are Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after I. academician V. Lazaryan and the industrial company INTERPIPE. The traveling section will be held on the basis of Interpipe NTZ, the only manufacturer of railway wheels and tires in Ukraine.

Within the framework of the section, the participants will visit the modern electric steel-making complex INTERPIPE STEEL and the production of railway wheels, including new sections that were put into operation in 2016.
