Results of work of the MMC of Ukraine for 11 months of 2020

In January-November 2020, metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine manufactured:

- agglomerate - 28.99 million tons (101.9% compared to the same period in 2019);

- gross coke (6% wet) - 8.82 million tons (94.9%);

- pig iron - 18.59 million tons (100.7%);

- steel - 18.71 million tons (97.0%);

- rolled metal - 16.72 million tons (99.6%);

- pipe products - 0.79 million tons (83.6%).

As of December 11, 2020, of the main operating production facilities, 17 out of 21 blast furnaces, 7 out of 8 open-hearth furnaces, 14 out of 16 converters, 5 out of 15 electric furnaces and 17 out of 17 continuous casting machines are in operation.
