Eurofer provided evidence that Severstal changed its business model to increase exports to the EU. According to available data, the price of Severstal in the domestic market is higher than in the export market. The process will end in the first quarter of 2022, and it will decide whether to continue, cancel or revise existing measures. The period that will be considered in the review is the full 2020.
